He is well known throughout the real estate community for having served as a real estate instructor for Northern Colorado College of Real Estate and Front Range Community College for over 8 years.

Terry's Administrative Manager and partner is Oui. Having studied Social Work here (in English, her third language), Oui obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Colorado State University, and a Master's Degree from Denver University. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, where she studied accounting and worked for the U.S. Army, Oui has an active Colorado Broker's License, speaks three languages fluently, and assists Terry in managing a team of experienced professionals, administration and case management, as well as assisting in showings and merchandising duties.
